Job Summary

Are you looking to launch your HR career? Citadel is expanding its Campus Recruiting Coordination team with team members who are ambitious, intellectually curious, and thrive in a fast-paced environment! You will partner closely with internal recruiters throughout the full-cycle recruiting process across various business areas. Recruiting Coordinators drive the hiring process forward and own the candidate experience.

Your Objectives

  1. Partner with internal recruiters to manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for various businesses while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  2. Interface with candidates, recruiters, and businesses to schedule virtual interviews, in-person onsite interviews, and sell days.
  3. Maintain and track candidate pipelines in a web-based applicant tracking system.
  4. Liaise with the business to collect feedback and identify next steps for candidates.
  5. Create offer documents and communicate with candidates throughout onboarding.
  6. Own recruiting and HR projects including candidate tracking, process documentation, updating competencies, and managing surveys.
  7. Assist in planning large-scale recruiting events and managing seasonal internship programs.
  8. Manage expense reports and invoice processing for all campus-related activities.

Your Skills & Talents

  • Prior internship or full-time experience working in a professional environment.
  • Experience in recruiting or HR is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; experience with Outlook meeting requests is a plus.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
