Are you looking to launch your HR career? Citadel is expanding its Campus Recruiting Coordination team with ambitious, intellectually curious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will partner closely with internal recruiters throughout the full-cycle recruiting process across various business areas. Recruiting Coordinators drive the hiring process forward and own the candidate experience.

Your Objectives
  • Partner with internal recruiters to manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for various businesses, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Interface with candidates, recruiters, and business teams to schedule virtual interviews, onsite interviews, and sell days.
  • Maintain and track candidate pipelines using a web-based applicant tracking system.
  • Liaise with the business to gather feedback and determine next steps for candidates.
  • Create offer documents and communicate with candidates throughout onboarding.
  • Manage recruiting and HR projects, including candidate tracking, process documentation, updating competencies, and managing surveys.
  • Assist in planning large-scale recruiting events and managing seasonal internship programs.
  • Handle expense reports and invoice processing for campus-related activities.
Your Skills & Talents
  • Prior internship or full-time experience in a professional environment.
  • Experience in recruiting or HR is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; experience with Outlook meeting requests is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
