Job Description:

Our client, a global asset manager in London, is recruiting for a Campus Recruiter to join their team on a 6-month contract.

This is a full-time position which requires you to be in the office 4 days per week.

Skills/Experience:
  1. Proven experience in university or early career talent acquisition.
  2. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with candidates, stakeholders, and educational institutions.
  3. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Passion for early talent and a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.
  5. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  6. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Core Responsibilities:
  1. Own full-cycle recruitment for intern and analyst roles across multiple business groups, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key university partners, faculty, student organizations, and career services to promote the business as an employer of choice.
  3. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, acting as a brand ambassador.
  4. Plan and execute on-campus and virtual events including information sessions, career fairs, case competitions, and diversity-focused programs.
  5. Partner with the D&I team to implement inclusive hiring practices and build diverse talent pipelines.
  6. Analyze recruiting metrics and provide insights to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
