We are partnering with a leading asset management company in their search for a passionate Campus Recruiter to join their dynamic, global early careers team initially on a 6 month contract. This is a high-impact, fast-paced team that has coverage across EMEA, delivering the recruitment of exceptional early career talent across various business areas including Investment, Technology, and Corporate Functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a defined portfolio of business areas, ensuring an inclusive, engaging, and efficient candidate experience.
  • Partner with business leaders, HR colleagues, and global campus recruitment peers to identify hiring needs and shape recruitment strategies.
  • Plan and execute targeted campus engagement strategies, marketing campaigns, and virtual events to connect with top student talent.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of high-quality internship and insight programmes.
  • Manage and analyse recruitment data, providing insights and reporting to key stakeholders.

The Profile:

  • Experience of early careers recruitment cycles and talent development within Financial or Professional Services.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels with exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-volume environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.
