Rochester Independent College is seeking an organised, practical and forward-thinking individual to oversee our Site Services teams, covering maintenance, facilities, IT support and housekeeping. The Operations & Estates Manager will ensure smooth cross-departmental coordination on the estate and lead health and safety compliance.

Working alongside the Senior Leadership Team, you will manage contractor relations, refurbishment projects and contribute to strategic planning and development.
