Job summary

Access Creative College in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the campus, including recording studios, live spaces, and labs. You will lead on-site facilities, safety and security, and work with central Estates teams to keep the spaces ready for students and staff.

You will manage maintenance, service contracts, budgets and compliance, supervise facilities teams, and drive improvements to the campus experience. DBS clearance will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Facilities Manager in education or similar environment.
• Experience managing maintenance, compliance and budgets.
• Ability to lead on-site facilities, technical and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facilities operation at Nottingham campus.
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance and service contracts.
• Ensure health, safety and statutory compliance.
• Manage facilities budgets and purchasing.
• Oversee building security and day-to-day site operations.
• Manage rooms and equipment to support teaching and events.
• Identify opportunities to improve the campus and student experience.
