Dallas College seeks Peer Mentor Ambassadors to support campus tours, events, and outreach to prospective students. You will share information about the application process, financial aid options, and college resources on campus.

Qualifications

• Must have general knowledge of college access and completion.
• Must be mature, responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong time management with ability to multitask and communicate in a fast-paced environment.
• Evening and weekend hours may be required with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with campus tours and events from start to finish.
• Provide information to prospective students about higher education, including the college selection process, the application process, and financial aid options.
• Provide information to high school students about academic and career options.
• Provide information to Dallas College resources and student success programs.
• Assist students in completing the FAFSA and TASFA.
• Assist students with the Apply Texas application.
• Assist with planning, preparation and execution of New Student Orientation events.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
