Campus Data Centre Manager - London

An established and rapidly expanding data centre operator is seeking an experienced Campus Data Centre Manager to lead the operations of a large-scale site. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day performance, customer satisfaction, compliance, and financial success.

You'll oversee all aspects of on-site operations including engineering, facilities management, health and safety, security, and vendor management. This position requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a commitment to service excellence - all while maintaining full P&L accountability for the campus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient data centre services.
2. Manage vendor relationships, operational processes, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, embedding a service-driven culture.
4. Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance, and support sustainability goals.
5. Collaborate with investment, finance, and project management teams to ensure smooth operations and future site developments.

About You:

1. 5+ years of experience in data centre or critical infrastructure management.
2. Proven track record in people leadership and third-party vendor management.
3. Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure (UPS, generators, chillers).
4. Technical or engineering qualification preferred.
5. Experienced in managing P&L, budgets, and performance metrics.
6. Skilled in customer relationship management and problem-solving under pressure.
