Job summary
Jump Trading Group, through its Jump Crypto division, seeks a Campus Full-Time Researcher to shape strategic crypto research and partner with senior leaders. You will explore macro trends, advise engineers and business teams, and publish research that informs product and investment directions across distributed systems and tokenomics.
You will apply deep crypto knowledge to produce actionable insights, support collaborations with universities, and contribute to a fast-paced, lean organization
Qualifications
- Passion for the crypto industry and willingness to follow its evolving landscape.
- Strong knowledge in CS, distributed systems, networking and game theory.
- Excellent written and spoken communication across audiences.
- Ability to balance exploratory research with actionable results.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the broader crypto landscape and identify opportunities for Jump Crypto.
- Translate trends into architecture, product, or investment strategy.
- Synthesize information from studies, data, and partnerships to guide strategy.
- Empower the team with research that informs deals, insights, and partnerships.
- Contribute to tokenomics modeling, strategy, and advisory work for partners.
- Produce insights on incomplete data to drive investment and product decisions.
- Identify early-stage opportunities across investments, engineering, and trading.
