2 x Part time position available on a variable contract.

Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour.

Contract: Fixed term contract from 1st May 2025 until 5th September 2025.

Variable 30 hrs per week to include weekends and evenings to suit business needs.

We are looking for proactive, engaging and hardworking people to look after our campsite, and act as the first point of contact for all visitors to Camp Dartington, ensuring consistently warm, professional, and excellent customer service to all campers. Camp Dartington consists of 8 Glamping pods, 5 Hard standing pitches and 30 tent pitches.

The campsite is open throughout the busy summer season and you will be required to be available throughout this period. Hours are flexible; however, some weekend work will be required.

Daily responsibilities include:

1. Maintain high standards of hospitality, upselling, and accurate processing of campsite daily duties.
2. Be responsible for effective and efficient cleaning of the campsite facilities & glamping pods.
3. Report any maintenance requirements in a timely manner.
4. Ensure a good working relationship and excellent levels of communication with all departments.
5. Encourage customer feedback in order to improve standards and service.
6. Promote a safe, healthy and secure environment for both staff & guests.
