The role

In this exciting role, we’re looking for someone to create awareness of and engagement for our brands, books and authors. You’ll be responsible for both marketing and publicity campaign management which will include creating your own campaigns as well as supporting more senior managers on wider brand campaigns, and there will be a focus on digital marketing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Designing, coordinating and delivering successful campaign strategies, including identifying the audience, shaping the pitch, creative consumer messages, planning media space, and partnerships.
  • Leading on digital campaigns and leading on the management of the Quadrille website (using WordPress and Iterable).
  • Coordinating with relevant divisional departments, including sales, editorial, publicity and international, and collaborating with marketing teams in other PRH divisions.
  • Creating and executing marketing materials and campaign timelines.
  • Acting as the department lead on the company website updates and page creation.
  • Developing, implementing and reviewing the strategy for specific marketing channels such as divisional social channels and newsletters.
  • Briefing and creating image and video assets.
  • Representing the Quadrille marketing team internally at groups meetings, and externally at sales conferences and meetings with groups like the Fortnum and Mason events team and the Jamie Oliver Cookbook Club.

Salary

Circa £31,000 dependent on how your skills and experience align to the role, plus bonus and benefits.

Hybrid working

While our offices across the UK are places to connect, collaborate and celebrate with colleagues, we recognise that flexibility around where you work is just as important. For this role we expect that you will work from the office at least 2 days a week.
