Job summary

The League Against Cruel Sports in Godalming is seeking a passionate campaigns professional to develop supporter engagement and deliver impactful campaigns. You will recruit and activate supporters, coordinate events, and ensure materials reach audiences effectively while coordinating with internal teams.

This permanent, full-time role offers hybrid working with home-based days and occasional attendance at head office events, supporting the League’s mission to end animal cruelty in sport.

Qualifications

• Experience in building, motivating and inspiring teams of volunteers in a supporter, donor, or customer facing role.
• Understanding of how advocacy can change public perceptions and attitudes.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience of campaigning techniques and best practice and using those to deliver campaigns to change perceptions and attitudes.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the work of Campaigns Managers, helping ensure the League delivers evidence-based, strategic, impactful campaigns that help to deliver our strategic objectives.
• Recruiting, activating, and communicating with supporters to grow our campaigns supporter base.
• Ensuring that campaign materials are distributed and supplier invoices are paid in a timely manner.
• Assisting in the planning and delivery of impactful campaign events.
