Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Campaigns Coordinator to join our team at Active Bradford. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by delivering engaging social change campaigns that encourage physical activity across Bradford.

Salary: £28,000 to £33,000 (dependant on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Deliver JU:MP social change campaigns under the strategic direction of the Head of Campaigns, Events, Marketing and Communications
  • Create and deliver engaging content across our digital channels
  • Support the delivery of our multi-channel marketing and communications strategy, with particular focus on content and advertising creation
  • Identify compelling news stories from JU:MP workstreams and develop them for promotion
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for the JU:MP programme
  • Manage digital marketing activities including SEO, website management, newsletters and social media
  • Launch and maintain social media campaigns across various platforms, including scheduling posts and managing paid advertising
  • Respond to comments, messages and mentions to foster meaningful interactions with JU:MP families and followers
  • Build a strong online community participating in our universal offer campaigns
  • Support the delivery of district and local community events (e.g., Fun Days)
  • Ensure all marketing and communication materials adhere to brand guidelines
Requirements
  • Experience in campaign coordination, social media management or similar role
  • Strong content creation skills across multiple platforms
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for community engagement and social change
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools (desirable)
  • Understanding of SEO principles (desirable)
