Team: Marketing and Business Development (MBD)
Reports to: Interim Marketing Director
The Team The marketing and business comprises specialists from backgrounds
including BD, PR, communications, media, digital and operations. The result will be a dynamic and energetic team environment which nurtures
fresh perspectives and works together to lend the firm a competitive
advantage.

strategic objective, we enjoy full buy-in from the business including senior management, who have a clear view of how our work contributes
to the overall success of the firm.
Purpose of job: We are seeking a Campaigns and Content Manager to coordinate the creation of impactful content and execute on the implementation of
strategy-aligned campaigns.
This role will focus on enhancing BCLP's brand through concise client-
specific narratives deployed across the spectrum of content mediums
and channels that will engage key audiences and support business development objectives.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of professional services marketing and a proven ability to deliver impactful campaigns that align
with BCLP's priorities.
Key
responsibilities: Campaign Management
• Working closely with the Marketing Director, elevate BCLP's
brand positioning through compelling, insight-driven marketing
campaigns that differentiate the firm in a competitive landscape
• Promote BCLP's expertise, services and key initiatives using a data-driven approach to targeting and messaging across digital,
content, events, and communications
• Optimise campaigns and content for web, social media, and email marketing by working closely with the digital marketing
team
• Work closely with business development and client teams to
refine lead quality and conversion strategies.
• Drive client advocacy initiatives through testimonials and case
studies
• Build and manage relationships with key external agencies,

ensuring campaigns are delivered to the highest standards
• Allocate budgets, and oversee execution, ensuring alignment
with both global and regional business priorities
• Continuously refine campaigns based on analytics, using data-
driven insights to optimize plans and maximize impact
Content Management
• Support the development of a content strategy that aligns with the BCLP's business goals and brand identity by working closely
with the Marketing Director and wider MBD team
• Create, edit and manage high-quality engaging content,
including thought leadership articles, client updates, website copy, social media posts, and marketing collateral that stands
out in a competitive market
• Develop an innovative approach to digital storytelling, including
video, infographics, and interactive content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex
legal topics into engaging, client-friendly content and value
propositions
• Ensure all content adheres to BCLP's tone of voice, style guide
and governance
Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Partner with lawyers, practice and sector groups, and colleagues across MBD team to align content and campaigns with client
needs and BCLP's strategic objectives
• Collaborate with team members to help them write and deliver successful marketing campaign plans to deliver on business
plans
• Work alongside external agencies, designers, and videographers
to produce high-quality visual and multimedia content
• Support internal communications initiatives, ensuring employees
are informed and engaged with firm-wide marketing efforts
SEO, Analytics, and Optimization:
• Working with the digital team, apply SEO best practices to
optimize content for search engine visibility and engagement
• Use analytics tools to track content performance, user
engagement, and campaign ROI
• Continuously refine content and campaign strategies based on

insights and feedback alongside the Marketing Director
Experience and
knowledge
• Proven experience in content marketing and campaign
management, within the legal/professional services sector
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns,
including digital, email, and social media
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), marketing
automation platforms, and analytics tools
• An understanding of professional services marketing, industry
trends, and audience engagement strategies
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
environment
• Experience of working across geographies
Skills and
competencies
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the
ability to simplify complex topics
• Excellent and demonstrated internal and external stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate
across teams including managing external agency partnerships
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, strong organizational skills,
able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance and adherence
to brand guidelines
• Results-driven and able to measure and report on content effectiveness and ROI
