Job summary

Arden University is seeking a Careers, Enterprise and Alumni Engagement & Campaigns Officer to connect students and graduates with opportunities, services and support offered by the Careers, Employability, Enterprise and Alumni team. You'll develop campaigns and communications that inspire participation and raise awareness across diverse student and alumni communities.

This role can be based at our Birmingham, London (Ealing, Holborn or Stratford), or Manchester Campus.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering campaigns, communications or engagement activities to drive participation.
• Excellent writing skills with ability to adapt tone for different channels.
• Able to create content for social media, newsletters, webpages and community platforms.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging campaigns and communications across channels.
• Create content for social media, newsletters, webpages and community platforms.
• Support live events with content capture and promotional activity.
• Collaborate with Careers, Marketing and Student Experience teams to promote events and opportunities.
• Use engagement insights to improve campaigns and outcomes.
