Job summary

Global is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Birmingham to support day-to-day warehouse operations, receiving, processing, organising and dispatching materials for outdoor advertising campaigns. You’ll play a key role in ensuring materials are handled accurately, safely, and on time.

You’ll work with internal teams, suppliers, couriers, and fixers to keep stock moving smoothly, maintain accuracy across systems, and support campaign logistics across multiple formats.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or similar operational environment.
• Clear communication with colleagues, suppliers, couriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Careful, methodical approach to stock handling and system updates.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of campaign materials in and out of the warehouse, including receipting, identification, collating, palletising, labelling, and stocking for collection or distribution.
• Process materials and information across Global systems, match items to bookings, investigate discrepancies, issue work instructions to fixing teams where required.
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and organised warehouse, perform equipment checks, support audits and wider delivery activity.
