Job Description:

This is a 9-month fixed-term contract working part-time, 21 hours per week. We are seeking an experienced and solutions-focused project manager to lead a behaviour change pilot campaign.

Working within a busy marketing and communications team, the project manager will leverage organisational expertise and passion for environmental change to establish our position as a thought leader in the sector and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have a talent for building meaningful relationships and a proactive attitude. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the planning, delivery, and evaluation of an innovative behaviour change and community engagement campaign
• Line managing a project officer and forming a project team
• Building relationships with external partners and organisations
• Collaborating with the wider Keep Britain Tidy team to utilise expertise and insights for decision-making
• Supporting the campaign manager in engaging with external audiences and stakeholders
