British American Tobacco UK - Campaign Planning and Insights Executive, London, Chiswick

This role supports the Consumer Experience Performance, Insights, and Planning team, focusing on Vapour/Modern Oral Categories. The primary goal is to facilitate data-driven decision-making, campaign planning, and performance tracking across UK consumer experience initiatives. The role involves working closely with activation channels, brand teams, insights, trade, and consumer retention teams to ensure an integrated omnichannel approach.

The job responsibilities include:

  • Performance tracking, insights generation, and campaign coordination to optimize activities.
  • Supporting campaign planning and execution, including omnichannel connection planning and performance analysis.
  • Monitoring activation KPIs and supporting market insights and reporting.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Consumer Experience, D2C, Trade, Insights) and external partners.
  • Contributing to data-driven initiatives to improve marketing efficiency, including budget management and ROI tracking.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 2-3 years of marketing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel), strong communication and project management skills, analytical mindset, ability to work independently, and knowledge of tools like PowerBi, Google Analytics, RA Nielsen, GWI, and Kantar NC Track.
