Position
As a Campaign Media Executive, you will oversee the operational delivery of direct mail, email, and media campaigns to more2 clients.
- Campaigns/mailing: You oversee and have operational ownership for your clients' direct mail campaign projects, including customer lists. With input from client strategy, you understand client objectives, segmentation, creatives, testing, and oversee delivery requirements.
- Media (scope tbd): You manage the day-to-day delivery of client’s media campaigns, working with seniors to make informed recommendations and build media plans.
Outcomes:
- You own critical paths for delivery; responsible for delivering accurate briefs and selections with rationale to support them.
- You coordinate with other teams to ensure key milestones and final outputs are delivered on time.
- You proactively identify risks and act on these in terms of mitigation, communication, and escalation.
- You practice and promote effective and efficient ways of working.
- Constructive relationships are built with clients and internal teams within more2, and team members feel supported by you.
- Any campaign issues are investigated quickly, resolutions communicated clearly, escalations raised where needed, with clients’ best interests at heart.
- You are committed to learning and understanding the core principles of campaign/media planning and how these fit into more2 and the clients’ overall marketing mix.
- All your presentations, media plans, and deliverables meet and aim to exceed client requirements, demonstrating clear thinking, insight, and recommendations.
Responsibilities
Campaigns
- Display project management and problem-solving capability; jobs are scheduled in advance for the season ahead.
- Kick-off meetings are scheduled in advance for each campaign project, working back from target delivery date.
- Understand and apply different segmentation approaches and models applicable to campaigns.
- Take on understanding of selection hierarchies per client, able to both apply this in making selections and rationalize it (with input from client strategy).
- Effectively QC own and others’ work, in briefs and selections; comfortable working with large quantitative datasets.
- Prioritize workload effectively, including tasks and communications, with the best reasonable client outcome in mind.
- Arrive for meetings prepared, understanding objectives and deliverables.
- Communicate proactively and clearly, engaging with stakeholders including clients, client strategy, and data production teams.
- Offer help and support to others when needed.
- Contribute in internal meetings and clarify actions and next steps.
Media
Task Responsibilities:
- Explain roles of media channels and recommend the appropriate one.
- Understand various ways to measure media activity, including direct and brand metrics.
- Use core metrics for forecasting client revenue and return, e.g., RR%, AOV, Margin, Contribution.
Requirements

- Experience: Ideally, 1+ years in a similar role.
- Skills: Comfortable working with numbers and data; able to present information clearly and straightforwardly.
- Organisation: Highly organized with strong attention to detail; capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proactive Attitude: Able to identify opportunities for clients and suggest improvements, not just solve problems.
