Harrods Limited is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to oversee the delivery of campaign marketing outputs. We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to support project delivery and oversee the end-to-end campaign management process within our marketing team.
About the Role
Reporting into the Group Marketing Campaign Manager, you will contribute to the delivery of all Harrods’ campaign marketing outputs, forming a critical part of delivering the brand vision. Working closely with the Marketing Planning Manager to seize opportunities and execute successful campaigns.
The role of the Marketing Campaign Manager is to set and monitor process, execution and delivery of all marketing and partnerships activities. The Marketing Campaign Manager requires the ability to build strong relationships across both internal and external stakeholders – managing relationships, expectations and ensuring delivery in all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You
You will be a confident and capable marketing professional with proven experience in campaign and project management, either in-house or within a marketing agency environment. You understand the nuances of omnichannel communication and bring both creativity and structure to everything you do.
Comfortable working to tight deadlines and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, you combine strategic thinking with attention to detail. You’re also a supportive team player with leadership experience, committed to guiding and developing junior colleagues while delivering high-quality campaigns.
