Campaign Marketing Manager – Permanent Position

Our client, a reputable manufacturing company based in Dorset, is seeking a talented Marketing Manager with a strong background in campaign management to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role offers a salary range of £40,000 - £45,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your professional growth and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to promote company products and brand awareness.
  • Manage multiple campaigns from conception through to delivery, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise strategies for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and reporting.
  • Lead campaign planning sessions, monitor progress, and provide clear communication to stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with strong expertise in campaign management.

Working Environment & Benefits

The role offers flexible working arrangements, with home working on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays after initial training. Training period is expected to be 3–4 weeks. Standard hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30 am to 4:00 pm on Friday.
