Job description

We are a content marketing business that specialises in engaging youth and parent audience groups. We create and distribute content across all platforms for brands who market to families and youth audiences and have been doing this for 13 years. In January this year (2025) we were awarded ‘Small Agency of the Year’ by the Content Marketing Association.

Our offering has consistently evolved and moved with the market, we’ve built our own products and proudly deliver innovative campaigns to engage families and youth audiences in the UK, Europe and the US.

Our content creation studio delivers a range of content from audio ads to social content, TV ads and artwork for out of home campaigns.

When clients collaborate with Rocket they expect us to use our knowledge of this audience group to deliver impactful content and campaigns, across multiple platforms.

We work with some brilliant brands including; Moonbug Entertainment, Magic Light Pictures, Inspired Online Schools, Goliath Games, Guinness World Records and most book publishers in the UK.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a well-rounded Campaign Manager to lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role requires knowledge of media planning and buying, brand partnerships and ideally someone who has built strategies and managed organic social accounts for brands. As a plus you may have experience outside of this including SEO, influencer marketing or paid social - these are secondary requirements for this campaign manager.

We’re looking for someone with strong creative instincts when it comes to what content works. Someone entrepreneurial who can identify new ways to make our client's content stand out, whether it's an audio ad, on social feeds or at an event.

We’re looking for someone who is pro-active and is comfortable working closely with both internal teams and clients to keep projects running smoothly.

You'll work closely with our production team on all content creation for your campaigns, so clear briefing and working collaboratively is essential. As a bonus and by no means essential - you’ll love Canva and have experience creating content on this platform.

About you:

This role is ideal for someone already working in an agency environment in account or campaign management, delivering campaigns across a mix of clients. Experience across education, toys, entertainment or publishing clients would be beneficial.

You may be an exec/senior exec looking to take more ownership of campaigns end-to-end, or already be a campaign manager and looking to work for an audience-specialist agency like ours.

You appreciate good content, recognise clever marketing, stay up to date with industry trends and understand the difference between paid and organic social!

You're confident presenting to clients, sharing ideas and providing updates. Just as importantly, you're comfortable leading internally, delegating tasks and offering feedback to the wider team.

Above all, you enjoy seeing a campaign through from planning and strategy to execution and reporting.

Here’s what your day to day could look like at Rocket as our new Campaign Manager:

  • Respond to client briefs with campaign proposals - including strategy, insights and recommending the best way to engage their target audiences.
  • Create and present media plans and content calendars for multi-channel campaigns, with a focus on delivery and investment.
  • Monitor live campaigns to ensure smooth delivery and flag any issues early, provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients to maintain strong, trusted relationships.
  • Use Slack and Google Meet to collaborate effectively with the team. You’ll lead project briefings, discuss creative concepts, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Join brainstorming sessions and share creative ideas for the next experiential event for a book release, to the latest audio advert for an education client, for example.
  • Manage campaign budgets and track spends to ensure the campaign is profitable for the agency and delivers results for our clients.
  • Build and present data-lead reports.
  • Pro-actively share opportunities with clients to up-sell and encourage new ways of thinking about ways they can engage their target audiences.

Additional:

We work 9-5:30 Monday - Thursday, and on Friday’s we finish at 3:30pm all year round. We have company wide team meetings on a Monday and a Thursday afternoon, and ask you to be in the office 1 day per week as a minimum. The office is based in Shoreditch, London.

Management: This role will report into Sophie, Managing Partner.

  • 2% and 4% bonus opportunities each quarter if we hit targets (based on your annual salary)
  • 28 days holiday inclusive of the bank holidays,

  • For each year you work with us you earn an extra day’s holiday per year (capped at 5 years),
