Exciting business development and sales opportunities have arisen to join a world-leading Leonardo UK business winning team, in the field of Integrated Electronic Warfare Operational Support (EWOS) solutions.
Our complete EWOS solutions provide tools, modelling, training, testing, personnel, data management, and countermeasure development services. This integrated approach supports our partners and military end users in delivering, maintaining, and optimizing their EW operational needs throughout their lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of international business winning in the EWOS, CEMA, and related defence and aerospace markets. Experience in the Middle East, NATO, and/or Asia Pacific regions would be advantageous.
The role involves external engagement with military platform operators, commercial partners, mission data integrators, training academies, and end users in these sectors. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and credibility when engaging with customers to influence requirements. Leadership qualities are essential when working with internal stakeholders and supporting Integrated Campaign teams.
Responsibilities include presenting prospects to Business Winning Reviews, developing win strategies, generating pricing for campaigns, writing proposals, and assisting with business cases for new capabilities. The candidate should also conduct market and competitor analysis.
