Oneilsrecruitment is seeking a Campaign Manager in Berkshire for a hybrid role. You will own campaigns from brief to delivery, coordinating with clients, creative teams, and operations to drive revenue and meet budgets.

The position offers a mix of office and home working with travel to client locations. A strong background in campaign, account and project management within marketing agencies is preferred.

Are you an organised, client-focused Campaign Manager looking to join a fast-growing marketing and brand experience agency?

We're recruiting for a highly successful agency that delivers impactful marketing campaigns for household-name brands across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of campaigns from brief through to delivery, working closely with clients, creative teams, and operational stakeholders to drive outstanding results.

The Opportunity

As Campaign Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative, revenue-generating campaigns across multiple channels. You'll manage client relationships, coordinate internal teams, oversee budgets, and ensure every campaign is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

This hybrid role is based in Berkshire, offering a mix of office and home working, with occasional travel to client locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage marketing campaigns from initial briefing through to delivery and evaluation.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Work closely with creative teams to develop and deliver compelling campaign briefs.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for future activity.
• Manage budgets, margins, and commercial performance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client services and grow accounts.
• Ensure exceptional campaign execution and client satisfaction.
