At M&G, our purpose is to give everyone real confidence to put their money to work. With a heritage dating back more than 175 years, we have a long history of innovation in savings and investments, combining asset management and insurance expertise to offer a wide range of solutions.

Great campaigns need more than a great idea. They need someone who makes them happen.
The brief has ambition. The creative has potential. But bringing it all together, connecting activity across channels and delivering results?
That takes someone who sees the possibilities and knows how to move things forward. Someone who sees the bigger picture without losing the detail. Who builds momentum, brings people with them and knows when to challenge the plan, not simply update it.
At M&G, we're looking for a Campaign Lead to lead the development and delivery of major campaigns over the coming years. It's a chance to put your judgement and experience to work: shaping how activity connects, helping ambitious ideas become standout campaigns and applying what we learn to make each one stronger.
You will translate brand and marketing strategy into clear, connected campaign plans, then stay close from the first brief through to launch, measurement, optimisation and learning.
Working with colleagues and agency partners, you'll help deliver activity across paid, owned and earned channels. Not simply putting the same message everywhere, but understanding what each channel should do, how audiences experience the campaign and how every part works together.
You will bring the structure that helps creativity flourish: clear objectives, thoughtful briefs, realistic plans and well-managed budgets. You will keep decisions moving, create clarity around roles and approvals, resolve competing priorities and know when to act or escape. Throughout, you will protect the quality of the creative work as it moves into production and out into market.
And you will not stop at launch. You will establish what success looks like upfront, track performance and turn the findings into practical improvements.
Good with campaigns. Great with people. This is a role for someone who can connect strategy, creativity and delivery, and connect the people behind them.
You will build productive relationships across disciplines and at every level, from specialist delivery teams and agency partners to senior marketing leaders. You will listen carefully, challenge constructively and give people the clarity they need to move forward. When priorities change, you will adapt the approach without losing sight of the objective.
You will know how to write a strong brief, give useful feedback, manage scope and costs, and build partnerships with agency and production partners that produce better work.
To be considered for this role, you’ll need to be able to demonstrate:
You will also bring creative curiosity, sound judgement and an agile approach. You will be comfortable finding a better route when the obvious one is not enough, while maintaining the structure and control needed to deliver responsibly.
Financial or professional services experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential. We welcome relevant experience from other regulated or strongly brand-governed sectors. Experience managing sponsorships or strategic partnerships would also be useful.
You will be curious about how smarter production approaches and the responsible use of AI can support better campaign delivery. You do not need to be an AI specialist, but you should be able to recognis
