Looking for a marketing role where you can genuinely make an impact?
Our client is looking for a bold, creative and commercially minded marketer to take ownership of campaigns, content and communications across a growing and highly respected business.
This is not a traditional marketing role. We're looking for someone who enjoys challenging convention, developing engaging stories and creating campaigns that capture attention. You'll have the freedom to shape messaging, influence brand communication and bring fresh ideas to an industry that is ready for a more creative approach.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional looking to step into a highly visible role with significant autonomy and a clear pathway into broader leadership responsibilities in the future.

The Opportunity

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead the planning and delivery of multi-channel campaigns, develop compelling content and ensure technical information is translated into engaging customer-focused messaging.
You'll play a key role in promoting products, projects and expertise through a mix of content marketing, social media, events, product launches, case studies and internal communications.
If you're someone who enjoys turning complex information into powerful stories and can combine creativity with commercial thinking, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, web and events
  • Create compelling content and messaging that brings technical subjects to life
  • Manage the creation and delivery of case studies, customer stories and project content
  • Lead communications around product launches and promotional activities
  • Develop photography and video content concepts, briefs and campaigns
  • Organise exhibitions, events and conferences from planning through to execution
  • Produce internal communications, newsletters and company updates
  • Shape website content and collaborate on SEO and digital improvements
  • Support social media planning and content delivery
  • Utilise AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, content creation and campaign workflows
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
About You

We're open to candidates from a variety of sectors. Experience within construction, architecture, manufacturing, engineering, design or another technical environment would be advantageous, but it is not essential.
What matters most is your ability to communicate effectively, think creatively and deliver results.

You'll likely bring
  • Strong copywriting, content creation and storytelling skills
  • Experience delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of social media and digital marketing
  • Experience working with photography and video content
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities
  • Confidence working with a variety of stakeholders
  • A commercial mindset and the ability to understand customer needs
  • Experience using AI tools within marketing workflows
  • The confidence to challenge conventional thinking and bring fresh ideas to the table
Why Apply?

This is a rare opportunity to join a business that genuinely values creativity, innovation and new ideas. You'll be given the autonomy to make your mark, influence marketing strategy and play a key role in the next stage of growth.
For an ambitious marketer looking to progress their career and take ownership of impactful campaigns, this role offers an exciting platform for long-term development.
