Job summary

The Labour Party in Birmingham is seeking a Field Organiser (West Midlands) for a fixed-term role until the next UK General Election. You will drive campaign activity, coordinate volunteers, and help grow local party organisation across electorally important areas.

A valid driving licence and a compliant car are required, with a £5,000 gross car allowance and a salary of £32,246.69–£36,211.53 per year. Salary progression to £36,211.53 is possible over the next 3 years.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of the Party organisation at branch, constituency and regional level.
• Experience of organising a campaign.
• Experience of working with volunteers.
• Ability to work on own initiative with deadlines.

• Build and maintain party organisation and activity.
• Establish effective election and campaign organisation with staff, candidates, and volunteers.
