Viator’s Affiliate team seeks an experienced Campaign Executive to join the Global Affiliate Team. You will play a key role in the day to day running of our affiliate programs across multiple territories. Your key focus will be to support the team in managing the affiliate program with a core focus on executing campaigns and the day to day running of the affiliate channel. You will also get involved in campaigns that require rapid deployment and testing, so experience with quickly executing projects and evaluating their impact will be essential. Your role will see you collaborate both internally and externally to drive forward revenue for the business.

The right candidate will be experienced in working within a similar role and be a confident project manager with the ability to work in a fast moving organization, and excited to collaborate.

Key responsibilities

Support in execution of campaigns to partner content distribution i.e assets, campaign information etc

Support in delivering engaging campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions (planning, execution & optimisation across various channels)

Campaign coordination and support for the team

Proactively grow and manage the affiliate database, while supporting other team members

Maintain strong relationships with publishers. Collaboratively identify new opportunities and optimisations to maximize orders growth

Undertake competitor and market research to uncover opportunities for the business

Help to deliver an overall excellent service and high relationship management to all affiliates

Be a super user of our affiliate and tracking platforms

Support in the production of post campaign analysis and learnings

Stay up to date with the latest affiliate marketing trends and investigate appropriate opportunities

Admin support for the team

Report weekly/monthly/quarterly to provide performance insights to wider teams

Actively participate in cross-functional team discussions to identify and define new campaigns to reach new customers

Collaborate internally with Analytics, Brand, Design and the rest of our Marketing Organisation

The candidate:

1-2 years previous experience across marketing

An interest and/or experience in affiliate marketing

Ability to work in a highly iterative, fast paced environment

Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Curious and analytical - Comfortable with Microsoft Excel & with the ability to present clear results

Creative mindset

Ability to take a proactive and reactive approach to campaigns

Highly organised and a self-starter

Strong organizational skills and pays close attention to detail

A terrific collaborator, able to partner effectively across teams with a broad range of skill sets and experience to arrive at the best solutions

Strong communication skills, both verbally and written with high comfort level on presenting performance

Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
