Our Campaign Executives are an integral part of our Campaign Delivery Team, responsible for managing and delivering our BAU, templated marketing activity.

Knight Frank seeks an experienced Campaign Executive to join our Delivery & Production team at our Global HQ in Baker Street. You will collaborate with Marketing Managers and the delivery team to manage creative briefs through to asset delivery, supporting strategy formulation and campaign implementation.

You will ensure our Campaign Executives receive support to keep all work on brand, beautifully executed, and timely.

By working with the Creative Services team and Campaign Executives, you will identify the right third-party partners for executing templated campaign creative and support the process.

This role involves more than asset delivery; every brief is vital to our BAU marketing activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage workflow of Tier 2 projects from initial brief to final delivery.
  • Ensure workflow compliance across creative platforms like Frontify.
  • Drive end-to-end workflow processes, including:
    • Receive and clarify briefs.
    • Define deliverables, budgets, and deadlines.
    • Create project timelines with milestones.
    • Develop a project Gantt chart for the production duration.
    • Collaborate to identify and secure resource partners for assets/projects.
    • Coordinate with Channel teams for Content, Social, and Paid Digital assets.
    • Brief resource partners correctly.
    • Manage revisions, working within two rounds of amendments, consolidating client feedback.
    • Review all work for brand consistency and quality.
    • Participate in regular stand-ups to report project status.
    • Manage changes to briefs, budgets, and timelines with proper change control.
    • Upload final assets into DAM (Frontify) with proper tagging.
    • Utilize campaign tracking tools (UTM, campaign codes) for reporting in Power BI.
    • Conduct lessons learned sessions post-campaign for continuous improvement.
    • Support Senior Campaign Executives with Tier 1 briefs and holiday cover.
