Campaign Executive (FTC)

Join Global as a Campaign Executive and be at the heart of our biggest, boldest media campaigns! You’ll manage dynamic projects, from on-air sponsorships to engaging podcasts, ensuring every element is flawlessly delivered. Collaborate with passionate teams, problem-solve creatively, and shape world-class advertising experiences. If you’re detail-savvy, love fast-paced environments, and have a knack for keeping multiple plates spinning, this is your moment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Problem Solve (40%): Identify and resolve campaign issues promptly, keeping all stakeholders informed.
  • Project Management (50%): Lead the delivery of on-air sponsorships, competitions, and podcast campaigns, managing timelines and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Lead Management (10%): Triage inbound leads, capture insights in our CRM, and connect opportunities with sales teams to drive results.

What Success Looks Like

In your first months, you will:

  • Understand our campaign planning and booking systems.
  • Learn the campaign delivery cycle from planning to execution.
  • Build relationships with internal teams and understand their roles.
  • Gain knowledge of Global’s products and inventory.
  • Confidently handle calls and emails from internal and external customers.
What You’ll Need

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong relationship-building skills within internal teams.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload, communicate pressures, and document handovers.
  • Proficiency with systems like Salesforce, Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Comfort with working with figures and data in spreadsheets.
