We are seeking a highly motivated Campaign Manager to join our newly formed Retail Media team. This is a period of exciting growth, requiring an organized, personable individual to manage the execution and optimization of our clients' Retail Media Campaigns.

You will report to the Senior Campaign Manager and will be the second hire on the team, which is expected to grow quickly. Together, you will build a best-in-class Retail Media experience for one of the UK’s largest Health & Beauty brands.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with leading Health & Beauty brands within the football space, in a fun and dynamic team that plays a critical role in our company's growth.

It also provides a platform to develop your reputation and that of the digital marketing team internally and globally within AS Watson Group, emphasizing the importance of eCommerce.

As this is a new role in a new team, you will be on a steep learning curve, learning together with your colleagues. It's an excellent opportunity for someone to shape the role and build towards a successful Retail Media Agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sponsored products and display advertising campaigns on behalf of leading Health & Beauty brands.
  • Interface with Brand, In-House Media, or External Media Agency teams.
  • Set up campaigns in the platform, coordinating with internal AdOps teams.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet objectives, maximize performance, and ensure re-investment.
  • Provide post-campaign reporting.
  • Troubleshoot client issues and liaise with Business Intelligence and Technical Solutions teams.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as creating IOs and tickets.
  • Deliver PCA’s with clients, demonstrating deep understanding of campaign performance and optimization strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to drive revenue with new and existing clients.
  • Maintain extensive product knowledge through internal relationships.
  • Escalate issues raised by clients internally.
  • Work closely with our technology provider, Criteo.
  • Stay informed about competitors’ activities in the digital space and develop strategies to remain competitive.

What You'll Need

  • Experience managing campaigns at a high-performing agency, platform, or in-house team; retail media experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of the retail media landscape and digital media language.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client-facing and proactive attitude.
