Job summary

LTK is seeking an Account Coordinator in London to support the Brand Partnership team with creator campaigns. You will collaborate with internal sales and campaign operations to ensure timely and accurate execution, while engaging creators and maintaining strong client communication.

The role requires attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment. English is essential; German is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ months work experience in a related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• German language preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines.
• Interest in using data to derive insights and inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to organise end-to-end creator campaigns.
• Provide daily support and management of campaigns to meet success metrics.
• Engage with creators via email to clarify campaign requirements and negotiate rates.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams.
• Compile strategic creator casting lists using multiple data sources to reach client goals.
• Assist in creating client-facing campaign recaps and reporting documents.
