Job description

The Campaign Operations Team is responsible for creating and delivering maximum revenue across all viewing platforms.

The Campaign Assistant role supports the booking and management of Linear and Digital campaigns alongside the Airtime Sales team, under the guidance of a Campaign Executive.

This role ensures services are provided across all channels and platforms in the portfolio, assisting in delivery and monitoring to maximize revenue streams, especially for the C4 sales department.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop understanding of all trading aspects of Channel 4 revenue flow.
  2. Gain knowledge of all Linear and Digital booking systems.
  3. Monitor campaign delivery levels regularly, highlighting anomalies.
  4. Ensure campaigns are booked and follow internal booking cycles.
  5. Address and prioritize late campaign issues highlighted by Airtime Sales.
  6. Problem-solve to maximize revenue throughout the campaign cycle.
  7. Build relationships with departments like Airtime Sales & Traffic to meet conflicting demands.
  8. Communicate effectively across departments.
  9. Resolve routine campaign problems; escalate complex issues.
  10. Prioritize workload with Campaign Operations Executives.

  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong administrative skills and experience with online systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience in TV trafficking or campaign roles is advantageous.

This role is a secondment for internal employees, with details available in the Secondment Policy on Moss. If you are a permanent employee, you will receive an acting-up allowance. Fixed-term contract employees will have their contract end date and salary adjusted for the secondment duration.
