Campaign and Performance Analyst

Location: Bolton
Salary: £28,738.54 pa
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (Hybrid: typically 2 days in the office, 3 days at home)
Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract

Multitask Personnel is working with a leading utilities provider specialising in the supply, installation and maintenance of gas, electric and SMART meters. The company offers a fully integrated service, from energy supply project management to installation and ongoing energy management solutions.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Campaign and Performance Analyst to join the team in Bolton. In this role, you will manage and maintain the opportunity portfolio, report on its condition and support the wider business. Ideally, you’ll have experience working with data and subcontractors, strong communication skills and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor workload and report to stakeholders
  • Upload jobs and perform data cleansing before upload
  • Provide feedback to suppliers
  • Recommend and implement more efficient ways of working
  • Organise and clean the portfolio
  • Allocate works to AMIs
  • Process cancellations with valid reasons
  • Update patches for DLO/AMI
  • Produce customer and month-end board reporting
  • Liaise with suppliers on portfolio updates
  • Create weekly reports for suppliers
  • Handle queries on SMS assets
  • Support continuous improvement of customer experience
  • Perform other tasks as required by line manager

Skills and Experience

  • Advanced Excel skills (including Macros)
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Comfortable producing PowerPoint presentations
  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills
