Role Summary
You're the spark behind successful app launches—igniting engagement through smart campaigns, rich content, and consistent customer support. But you don’t stop at launch—you build momentum and community. Your mission is to help each app become a locally loved and well-used platform by planning and delivering compelling campaigns and cultivating genuine local communities around it.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You’ll work closely with a Customer Success Manager to set customers up for launch success, craft campaigns under their brand, and ensure the app is not only packed with useful content but also becomes a tool that locals return to again and again. You’re creative, organised, and results-focused—and you love seeing your work drive real-world outcomes, especially when it brings people and places closer together.

Success Looks Like
We offer a base salary of £30,000–£35,000, depending on experience and fit for the role. On top of this, you’ll be eligible for a performance-based bonus tied directly to the success of the apps you help launch and grow—measured through key engagement metrics like downloads, active users, and feature adoption.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility of remote working, with opportunities to travel to customer sites across the UK to support launches and campaigns, and meet up regularly with our team to collaborate, plan, and celebrate wins together.
