About this role:

We have an opportunity for a casual Camp Team Member to join our Lake Hakanoa Camp team. The role is about serving the customers of the camp in Huntly, maintaining the level of service, and assisting in the running of the camp when necessary.

What I do?

  • You will ensure that required housekeeping tasks are completed to industry best practice standards within set timeframes.
  • You will provide customer service by ensuring all visitors and guests enquiries are handled promptly and efficiently in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • You will provide high quality assistance to the management team.
  • You will have flexible availability as this job can include weekends and evenings.

What I bring?

  • Experience in camps or hospitality.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure.
  • Have the ability to be innovative and to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proactive and responsive customer service attitude with a focus on customer needs.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of health and safety requirements and responsibilities relevant to camps.
