Details

• Title: Camp Manager
• Reporting to: Head of Operations
• Contract: Seasonal work available during school holidays (Easter, Summer, and half terms)
• Hours: 8am – 6pm on weekdays. Full-season or part-season roles available

Summary of Position

The Camp Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of our multi-activity holiday childcare programs, ensuring the welfare and safety of children on camp at all times.

We seek enthusiastic and experienced professionals committed to our motto 'Inspire Children Every Day'.

Your role includes managing, motivating, and supporting your staff team to create fun and engaging holiday camps that promote participation, structure, care, and development. You will ensure the implementation of all policies and procedures, liaising with parents, school representatives, and Head Office. Additionally, staff will lead sessions and contribute to maintaining high standards of physical, emotional, and social care provided by Ultimate Activity Camps.
