Early Years Coordinator - October Half Term

Join our activity team at Camp Beaumont to play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable, award-winning experiences for children. You will be at the heart of a team delivering a fantastic programme that aligns with Ofsted’s Early Years Foundation Stage.

About the role:

Supporting the Camp Manager and Early Years Manager, as an Early Years Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing group activities for a multi-activity day camp for 3 and 4-year-olds during summer and school holiday weekdays.

You will coordinate Group Leaders, organize engaging games, assist with various activities, and ensure the well-being of the children under your care. Activities may include archery, football, tennis, dance, swimming, arts and crafts, and more!

About you:

  • 17 years old or over
  • Available to work during the school holidays
  • Be a UK/EU citizen with 2 right to work IDs
  • Possess energy and enthusiasm
  • Passion for working with children
  • Initiative and ability to work independently
  • Awareness of safeguarding children (training provided)
  • Level 2 qualification in Childcare
  • Paediatric first aid certification
