About the Role

As a Camp Manager, you will oversee a multi-activity day camp for children aged 3 to 14 during summer and school holiday weekdays. You will motivate, support, and direct staff, requiring experience in childcare and team management. Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with parents and collaborating with the Area Manager and other departments.

About You

• Over 18 years old
• Available during school holidays
• UK/EU citizen with two right to work IDs
• Experience in childcare and team management
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with children
• Independent and proactive
• High safeguarding awareness
• Paediatric first aid (desirable) or willing to train
• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or studying towards a relevant qualification
