Arden White Aerospace & Aviation Recruitment Specialists are supporting a leading helicopter service provider in their search for an experienced Airworthiness Engineer to join their maintenance and completions hub in Oxfordshire.
Our client delivers specialist civil and defence helicopter solutions, including custom completions, maintenance, and full airworthiness support. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the performance and compliance of a diverse and modern fleet within a well-established CAMO function.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage maintenance programmes in line with airworthiness regulations.
- Review airworthiness documentation (e.g. ADs, SBs, modifications).
- Conduct repetitive defect and reliability analysis.
- Plan and coordinate line/base maintenance activities.
- Maintain technical records and update aircraft configuration data.
- Support Airworthiness Reviews and ARC Extensions.
- Prepare maintenance variations and coordinate materials planning.
- Review technical logs and flight manuals.
- Drive continuous improvement in CAMO procedures.
- Support the Continuing Airworthiness Manager as required.
Essential Requirements
- Strong understanding of EASA/CAA Part-CAMO regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and methodical working style.
- Proven CAMO or airworthiness engineering experience.
- Strong computer literacy (Google Docs or similar platforms).
- Confident communicator, able to work independently and in teams.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with maintenance planning software and helicopter platforms.
- Recognised Part-CAMO and/or Part-145 training.
- Aviation-related qualifications or relevant degree.
- Knowledge of aviation human factors and safety principles.

- Applicants must be eligible for DBS and SC clearance.
- Must comply with Export Control regulations.
