Job summary

2Excel Aviation in Doncaster is seeking an experienced CAMO Airworthiness Engineer to join our Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation team. You will review ADs, SBs, support AMPs, assist with maintenance programmes, and maintain airworthiness documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role offers a dynamic aviation environment with opportunities to work across fleets, loading programmes, and contributing to audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Previous CAMO or continuing airworthiness experience.
• Strong understanding of powerplant or avionics airworthiness requirements.
• Knowledge of engine families (CFM56, RB211, PW PT6) is desirable.
• Knowledge of Boeing 737NG avionics (G1000/Proline 21) is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
• Effective cross-department communication.
• Proactive approach and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review and process airworthiness publications, ADs, SBs, and maintenance data.
• Support development and maintenance of Aircraft Maintenance Programmes.
• Assist with loading and updating maintenance programmes and aircraft records.
• Produce and analyse reliability reports and engine health monitoring activities.
• Support fleet configuration control through modification and/or software status.
• Contribute to the development and continual improvement of airworthiness procedures, processes, and documentation.
• Review, amend, and implement MELs.
• Assist with root cause investigations, corrective actions, and resolution of findings.
• Verify design changes following aircraft modifications and repairs.
• Maintain audit readiness within assigned areas and ensure regulatory compliance.
