Job summary

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Cornwall is seeking a CAMHS Team Manager to lead our dynamic Community CAMHS team. This role focuses on delivering safe, effective, evidence-based mental health services for children and young people, working with families and partner agencies.

You will oversee performance, drive service improvement, and champion safeguarding and governance while developing a high-performing, multidisciplinary workforce across Cornwall.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership, management and supervision to a multidisciplinary team, creating a positive culture where staff can thrive, develop and deliver outstanding care.
• Lead the operational delivery of community CAMHS services, ensuring performance targets, waiting time standards and quality indicators are achieved.
• Drive service innovation and transformation, supporting the implementation of new models of care and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work in partnership with children, young people, families and partner agencies to ensure services are responsive, collaborative and centred on the needs of those we support.
• Champion safeguarding, clinical governance and quality assurance, ensuring the highest standards of care and professional practice.

We’re an NHS community and mental health provider Trust based in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We deliver community and hospital-based care to improve people’s physical and mental health. We also provide specialist support to people with dementia or a learning disability.
