We are recruiting a dedicated CAMHS Team Manager to lead on mental health outcomes for children, young people, and their families within Harrow. The postholder will oversee team operations, manage budgets, and monitor performance, demonstrating a strong passion for community service and family-centered care.

The role involves maintaining stakeholder relationships, managing expectations, and risk assessment to meet key performance indicators. The service, supported by virtual therapy and assessments, is part of CNWL, working alongside peers from four boroughs with a well-resourced management team.

Main duties of the job

We seek an enthusiastic, innovative, and committed Team Manager to support staff and ensure timely, effective treatment access. A background in CAMHS, mental health, or Children's Services is desirable but not essential; support and training will be provided. The role includes staff development, engagement with children, young people, families, and stakeholders, and working under pressure with excellent communication and organizational skills.
