Overview

Are you passionate about improving meaningful engagement and outcomes in children’s mental health? Then now is an exciting time for you to join Coventry and Warwickshire CAMHS!

As part of our realignment within a new Children’s Integrated Directorate we have several permanent Team Lead posts across our teams. The Directorate brings together children’s physical health, children’s mental health, neurodevelopmental services and learning disability services under a single umbrella to streamline our approach and focus on the whole needs of our young people.

The roles will be for North Warwickshire (based in Nuneaton and Rugby) and Coventry, and will involve the direct line management of the clinical teams, who deliver meaningful mental health interventions with children, young people and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Direct line management of the clinical teams delivering meaningful mental health interventions with children, young people and their families.
  • Manage demand and capacity, responding to the needs and themes of need that children and their families bring.
  • Oversee patient flow to ensure the best, most appropriate support is provided to children and their families in a timely fashion.
  • Support KPI delivery and celebrate the excellence of the team, colleagues and our Trust through patient feedback.
