Job summary

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Lead to manage the day-to-day operational delivery, performance and governance of the CAMHS Clayfield's Health Team, ensuring high-quality, safe and effective mental health care for children and young people.

You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, foster an inclusive, high-performing culture, collaborate with partner organisations, and drive innovative models of care aligned with national and local priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary mental health teams.
• Experience with safeguarding and governance frameworks.
• Ability to monitor performance against KPIs and implement action plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational delivery and governance of CAMHS Clayfield's Health Team.
• Provide supervision, support and performance management to staff.
• Collaborate with partner organisations to improve outcomes for young people in secure care.
• Develop innovative models of care and service improvements.
• Monitor quality standards and manage budgets and resources.
• Lead workforce planning and staff development.
• Participate in rota and clinical escalation as needed.
• Ensure safeguarding and compliance with statutory requirements.
