The role will be based with the Crisis Team.
The Crisis Team offers a follow-up service to young people (YP) under 18 who have presented with a mental health crisis at hospital or from the First Response Service. We also provide short-term intervention work, brief intervention, and risk management support to those stepping down from tier 4 care.
