Qualifications

• GMC-registered and licensed to practise.
• At least 4 years of full-time postgraduate training, with 2 years in a relevant specialty.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage a broad range of child and adolescent mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Organise and prioritise own and team workload.
• deputise in the team manager's absence and delegate appropriately.
• Adhere to Trust protocols and maintain accurate records for audits.
• Contribute to risk management and incident reporting at team level.
