Job summary

CNWL NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 CAMHS SPA Co-ordinator for a 12-month maternity cover in Central and North West London. The role focuses on providing centralised access, triage and information for children, young people, families and referrers across five London boroughs.

You will support admin staff, manage referrals and rostering, and ensure data quality and smooth operation of the SPA. The post requires strong organisational skills and experience in administrative or CAMHS

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Experience working in administrative or CAMHS-related settings.
• Ability to manage referrals, triage and information flow.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone and email enquiries from families, referrers and professionals, providing accurate information and signposting.
• Handle referrals in a timely manner to ensure young people access services as quickly as possible.
• Lead on rostering for the SPA administrators, ensuring appropriate staffing.
• Oversee data quality and ensure patient information systems are maintained accurately.
• Coordinate team meetings, training events and maintain central team diaries.
• Manage office/site operations including equipment, stationery, repairs, cleaning contracts and health & safety compliance.
• Collate monthly SPA data and support service reporting.
