Qualifications

• Registered Mental Health Nurses, Social workers or Occupational therapists with significant post registration training.
• Experience in child and adolescent in-patient and/or community services or adult community services.
• Ability to be creative, flexible, dynamic and capable of problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist mental health services to children and young people and their families across the West London NHS Trust CAMH Service and crisis pathway.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and young people in crisis, including risk assessment and risk management planning.
• Participate in a formal training programme to develop Band 6 CAMH roles toward Band 7 Specialist practice.
