NHS Scotland is looking for an administrator to join the team at the Phoenix Centre, Raigmore Hospital. This role involves providing high-quality secretarial support to the Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service team, handling various clerical tasks and requiring proficiency in word processing and organizational skills.

We are looking for an individual to join the administration team based at the Phoenix Centre, Raigmore Hospital, Inverness. The postholder will undertake reception and admin duties including meeting and greeting visitors to the Phoenix Centre and administer the booking of appointments and rooms in the Centre.
This post is responsible for providing an efficient, high quality, timely and accurate secretarial support service to the Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team in relation to typing of appointments, correspondence, retrieving and preparing records, creation of records and recording of accurate data on PAS.
Applicants should have experience in a busy office and be willing to undertake a variety of clerical/secretarial tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office. The postholder should be able to demonstrate the ability to organise and prioritise workloads. You should have a good standard of education. Word processing/keyboard skills with audio typing and knowledge of MS-Word is essential. The ability to use Excel with some knowledge of computed applications and previous experience in records environment would be an advantage.
